Theme of the Week: Intentional Living
Brother,
Earlier this week, we spoke about living with intention - choosing how you show up each day.
To live with intention, you must consider both your mind and your body, and more importantly, how they align. The way you think and the way you act should support the same direction.
This weekend, try a simple exercise.
Take a piece of paper and write down one overarching theme you want to be more intentional about in your life. It could be something like peace, health, discipline, happiness, or connection - one word that reflects what matters most to you right now.
Once you have your theme, draw two lines coming out from it. Label one mind and the other body.
Now, take a few minutes to think of realistic ways you can support that theme through both domains - and write those actions down under each category.
For example, if your theme is health:
To support your mind, your action could be to read an article or learn something new about nutrition.
To support your body, your action could be a workout followed by stretching.
Even by completing this exercise, you are already being more intentional. You are choosing how your thoughts and actions can work together to support something meaningful in your life.
This activity is a starting point for strengthening your capacity to live with intention in all areas of your life. You can repeat it with different themes as your priorities shift. Over time, it becomes a practical habit you can return to - one that aligns your mind and actions, strengthens your mindset, and equips you with actionable ways to live with intention.
This weekend, choose your theme.
Decide your actions.
And follow through.
Stay strong, even when you are not. It's okay, you are not alone.
With love always,
